All orders currently ship ground for free to all 48 US contiguous states. Orders placed M-TH before 3:30pm PST typically ship within 24 hours and usually take 2-4 days to arrive.

How do I return a case?

Cases purchased through our site may be exchanged or returned for refund with your original packing slip within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact our support team to arrange returns before you send them in. Steamboat reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition.

Nice case

The price is good for a hard case compared to others out there. It works great for my wife skis which are 147’s. For my 180’s there is a large sound of play. A tighter fit between the two half’s would eliminate this. Overall I’m happy with this product.

Simple but useful

Simple to use and sturdy. Have back to back trips to Montana and Tahoe. Will be anxious to see how it holds up to airline handlers but It looks like it will do fine. Cheers

Single case

I just got it last week to take on an upcoming ski trip and I am happy with it. I looked at several models in a ski store and this case seems just as nice and significantly less expensive. Not sure why anyone would pay more for their competitor.

Great Experience!

We travel to Sun Valley every Christmas. I was able to load 2 pairs of skis, boots, helmet and my jacket into the ski case 3. It rolls really nice and made travel easier with 2 kids under 3 years old

Product seems great so far! Nice and sturdy and should be easy to fly with. This company seems small which means their communication was pretty delayed at first and I had no idea if my transaction went through. However, once I finally got ahold of them they were great to work with and over communicated the status of my purchase.
